Air Receiver Tank
Air receivers (or air compressor tanks) are vessels designed to hold compressed air, often generated by a compressor.
Air compressor tanks (also known as air receiver tanks) are considered pressure vessels and are the mainstay of any industrial operation requiring pneumatic power. These tanks are used to store pressurized air for a variety of uses, e.g. spray painting. The design pressures specified for these tanks are higher than air storage tanks. However, since they store compressed air at high pressures, the safety factor requirement of these tanks are also higher. Our tanks are designed with the Leak-Before-Break (LBB) concept in mind, so that our pressure tanks will not explode, only leak in the event of a failure.
